Return Policy

Only boxed and manufactured items are eligible for return. Items need to be in original packaging for returns and in new or original condition. Custom ordered or produced items are not returnable. All approved returns must be shipped to the address on the written RMA provided and the RMA # clearly indicated on the outside of the shipment. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer must pay for shipping the return.

Refunds for items returned WITHIN thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds for items returned MORE THAN thirty days (if approved) after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
